Welcome to Salt and Soul, where we offer the perfect combination of peace and pleasure. Our salt cave meditation is a one-of-a-kind experience that will help you escape the stresses of daily life and find inner serenity. Our bell tent is the perfect place to relax with friends or make new ones while sipping on bubbles. Come and enjoy the healing powers of our salt cave in the company of like-minded people, and let us help you achieve complete mind-body harmony.

Pop up picnics

 

At Salt and Soul, we understand that time is precious, and there's nothing quite as memorable as a beautiful outdoor picnic with family and friends. That's why we offer a unique pop-up picnic service that's perfect for any occasion. Our menus include an assortment of savory and sweet platters. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, an anniversary, or simply soaking up a beautiful Saturday, a Salt and Soul picnic is the perfect way to make your event extraordinary.

Market Stall Enquiry 

$85 per stall  25 spaces enquires only 

Salt and Soul Market Day is going to be held twice a year. 

The first of these is on Saturday, April 27th (2024) from 9am to 2pm. 

Set up will be from 7 am. 

There will be no cost for entry to the market. All profits made at each stall are the stall holders profit. 

As you may or may not know, markets at Salt and Soul have always been successful. We have placed the date half way between Easter and Mothers Day. There will be limited facilities for power. 

We have tried to keep the cost for sites as low as possible, with the understanding that you will support us in advertising the event, sharing on social media and among everyone you know!

We are really excited to be holding this event, and we welcome you to join our enthusiasm with you.
