The client usually lies down fully clothed on a massage table, and the practitioner may use soothing music or ambient sounds to enhance relaxation. The session starts with a brief discussion where the client shares any physical, emotional, or spiritual concerns they may have. This helps the practitioner focus their energy where it is most needed. The practitioner then gently places their hands on or just above the client's body, channeling universal life energy through their hands. This energy is believed to promote healing, balance, and relaxation. The client may feel warmth, tingling, or a sense of deep relaxation throughout the session. During the process, the practitioner may move their hands to different positions, focusing on areas that require more attention. The session usually lasts about 30 to 60 minutes, and at the end, the practitioner may share insights or suggestions based on the session. After the healing, clients often report feeling a sense of peace, reduced stress, and an overall improvement in their well-being.
